Eligibility for Returns or Exchange

• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Tags, dust bags and accessories must be intact

Non-Returnable Items

• Customised or Personalised products
• Products purchased during sale or promotional offer

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery  with clear images, video and order details.

 

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our end.
