What materials do you use?
Every Celestial Grace bag is hand-embroidered on vegan-friendly bases — jute, jacquard, silk blends and canvas — with premium vegan leather trims. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in embroidery and colour are natural — the signature of handmade, never a flaw.
Do you ship across India?
Yes — we ship pan-India. Dispatch in 1–2 business days, delivery in 2–6 business days by pincode. Shipping is free over ₹2,500 (flat ₹100 below that), and tracking is shared on email and WhatsApp.
What is your return policy?
Returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items with tags and dust bag intact — we arrange a free reverse pickup on most pincodes. Refunds in 5–7 business days; exchanges free once per order. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
